Thanks! This was amazingly helpful, clear concise and fixed the problem within a minute! I am still astounded usually with these problems it takes 30 minutes of searching and an hour of walk through!

Thanks! this worked for me. The only other problem im having is getting my iphoto to work properly. I shut it down while it was on the other day and now everytime I open it, i get the beachball. Can you help?

If you force shut down then try the program again it will work.

This doesn’t help me at all because it doesn’t show up in the mac force quit applications. So i need help. Do i reinstall the program or restart my computer or something?
